Apartment Hernalser Gurtel 47 Top 9 is a spacious two room apartment located in one of three adjacent houses built around 1900 in the period called "Gruenderzeit" with characteristic high ceilings. Public transportation (bus lines and metro) are at your door steps, allowing you to move about Vienna with ease. The Opera House is only 6 minutes away with the metro and 16 minutes on foot. The apartment can lodge up to 4 persons.

Soundproof windows have been installed in all of our apartments to reliably protect you from the traffic noise of the Guertel, one of Vienna's main traffic routes.

Check-out cleaning: free of charge, however other cleanings at 0.70 Euros/m2.
Towels and bed linens are changed every 14 days, other changes at 10 Euros/person.

Minimum Booking
In the week before Easter and in the time around Christmas and New Year (Dec. 20 - Jan. 01.) the minimum booking is 5 nights.

Cancellation Provisions and Fees
Cancellation no later than 14 days prior to the agreed date of arrival is free of charge.
In the case of cancellations later than 14 days prior to arrival, Vienna Apartments shall charge a cancellation fee in the amount corresponding to the rate payable for three nights in the booked apartment according to our price list. If no deposit was paid, the amount shall be debited to the credit card indicated by the person booking the accommodation. If, on the day of arrival, the guest fails to appear at the time and place agreed upon without having phoned Vienna Apartments in advance, the booking shall be deemed cancelled and cancellation fees shall be charged.
You authorize the apartment managers to debit the costs of the first 3 nights according to the price list below, if you do not cancel your reservation at least in 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
The total balance for the apartment rental should be payed in cash at your arrival.
